In some dungeons, you may encounter a 'Shambler's Altar', a twisting pedestal with a red orb at the center. You must place a torch in the center slot (with the bag icon). This will summon a Shambler that you must defeat to earn this achievement.

• Easy 'Caretaker' Trophy

Goals for completing Darkest Dungeon (location) missions do not count for this achievement. You only need to complete bosses and max resolve level goals. Extra Note: You only need to do the max resolve tasks for this achievement, bosses aren't needed.

• New Game +

Complete all of the Darkest Dungeon quests and defeat the final boss. New game plus features locked 'strict' options and harder monsters. It also requires you to complete the Darkest Dungeon quests in under 91 weeks, with less than 13 hero deaths.
